Job Overview

We`re looking for an experienced Product Manager with keen interest to develop products by identifying potential market; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies. As strategist, candidate’s primary focus revolves around the product’s vision, business objectives, and the market then he/she must take the responsibilities for the vision and profitability of a product line.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze the competitive landscape to check what products are available on the market, what customer’s value   about them – this can be done by reading product reviews, testimonials, etc.
• Proper market research for defining the roadmap of our products based on business opportunities.
• Propose clear ROI for every product segment.
• Set a vision to meet revenue and profitability goals by monitoring prices on products in product line.
• Team up with senior management and dev team to evaluate and prioritize opportunities and develop strategy.
• Make and provide product feature descriptions to the Project Managers and approve the product-related   business requirements documents.
• Play the role of a SME and deliver product vision and leadership to develop new products.
• Create and share product Go-to-Market plans with all stakeholders.
• Work with sales & marketing team to formulate key market message, release notes and finalize the way forward    of communication strategies.
• Create opportunities through analyzing new technologies and aware company about the potential technologies to our business.
• Deliver precise and needful presentations for in-house and out-house audiences and deliver presentation at  different trade shows, seminars etc.
• Become a link between dev team, Sales & Marketing team and Client Services to product positioning and fulfill   customer demand for the development of new products.
• Undertake any other activity as assigned by the CEO from time to time.
• Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures and provide  Daily-Basis Reports to the CEO.

Job Requirements

• Must have previous experience as a Product Manager in IT company.
• Must have previous experience of launching excellent products.
• Must have operational ability with strong business expertise.
• As a strategic thinker, must have analytical skills and problem solving skills.
• Good skill at team management tools and productivity applications.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Representative attitude and prompt in oral and written English communication.
• Team player attitude is mandatory, positive attitude and optimism are necessary.
